Glimpse on 23 things

This afternoon I have had a glimpse on what the "23 things" are!

It is a fun way of updating general knowledge about the 23 latest developments on the internet. Focussing on the possibilities for communication and marketing via social networks.

Blogging, e-mailing, sharing photos, wiki's, linking/bookmarking, microblogging (or Twittering), podcasting and videocasting to name just a few applications.

Some people might laugh at this list? Their first thought? So what's new?

If they stop and think for a minute they might realise that they belong to the lucky few in the world who are literate and fortunate enough to have the latest technology at the tip of their fingers.

Most of the inhabitants of this planet if still relying on traditional ways of communication.

A small percentage of the inhabitants of this planet might be familiar with some of the modern ways of communication.
