Opening a new e-mail account. Gmail was suggested.
My experience?
Exactly the same as opening a e-mail account with any other provider: MSN, Hotmail or Yahoo.
It is getting more difficult to register a unique username. My first e-mail address dating back to 1998 contained my name and surname. Now I have to use an abbreviation of my name and surname adding a number to it in order to get a recognizable username.
First thing accomplished!
